La Patate Taz is a micro-enterprise that opened its doors in January 2017 by founder Karine Cogato.
 

The challenge of restoration is securing funding and manpower. Furthermore, it's necessary to keep up with current trends. My project was able to come to fruition thanks to the help of my partner Serge Côté and the support of my associate Marc Vayrette. We were able to create a different kind of snack bar, which evolves by listening to customers.
 

On our menu, Patate Taz has vegetarian burgers and hot dogs.
Furthermore, we implemented online ordering and a delivery service in April 2019.
